What do I actually receive when I buy a build?
Every order is an instant digital download of the 3D print files for that build — no physical item ships. You'll get the files needed to print the model yourself at home.
What printer do I need?
Any standard FDM printer. Every model is pre-split to fit a 256×256 mm bed — Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Voron, and more.
What file formats are included?
STL and 3MF files, plus a Lego-style PDF assembly guide and access to the full assembly video in your Build Hub.
What if a print fails or a file has an issue?
Email [email protected] or post in the Print Club — we'll get you sorted. Files are tested on real printers before release.
