What is Titan3D?

Titan3D offers downloadable 3D printable models that are designed to be printed in parts on your home printer and assembled into large, stunning final creations.

What’s a credit and how does it work?

Credits are how you unlock models on a tier subscription. Each model has a credit cost — most are 1 credit; larger or premium kits are 2 or more. Your monthly credits land in your account on renewal day; spend them on whatever you want, whenever you want.

How does the subscription work?

Pick a tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Titan). Each month you receive a fixed number of credits to spend on models. Annual plans give you 2 months free. Unlocks are permanent — once you spend a credit, the model lives in your Build Hub forever, even after the subscription ends.

Do unused credits roll over?

No — credits reset on your monthly renewal date and don’t accumulate. Use them up each month so they don’t go to waste.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything you’ve already unlocked stays in your Build Hub forever. You just stop receiving new monthly credits. Your access to model files, instructions, and assembly videos doesn’t change — they’re yours.

Can I buy a single model without subscribing?

Yes. Every model has a one-time cash price too. If you only want one or two builds, buying directly works; if you’d unlock several over a few months, a tier subscription costs less per model.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes — manage your subscription from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you can finish using your current credits.

How do I receive my files after purchase?

Upon buying a model, you’ll get an email with a download link for instant access. You can also log into your account and access everything from your Build Hub at any time.

What’s included in the Assembly Kit?

Each kit provides STL files, printable hardware like bolts or dowels if needed, a step-by-step Lego-style PDF instruction manual, a parts checklist, and video assembly instructions where available.

What printers are supported?

Models are optimized for printers with a 256mm x 256mm x 256mm build volume, like the BambuLab X1 or P1S. You can always scale our models down to fit your printer. Most consumer-level devices work well.

Do I need supports to print Titan3D models?

Most models are designed to print with little to no supports. We test every file and orient the parts for strength, ease of print, and minimal material waste.

Are the models hollow or solid?

Titan3D models are hollowed by design but reinforced internally to maintain structural strength. This approach reduces filament usage while preserving durability.

Can I scale the models?

Yes, most models can be scaled up or down. However, scaling too small risks making alignment features like bolts or dowels too delicate for reliable printing.

Can I sell prints of Titan3D models?

You may sell physical prints. However, the digital files are copyrighted and may not be resold, shared, or distributed in any form.

Do you offer refunds?

Since our products are digital, we do not offer refunds. Once you’ve received the files, there’s nothing to return. We do offer support for download, printing, or assembly issues.

What makes Titan3D different from software like Luban?

Luban cuts models, but Titan3D designs them. Titan3D optimizes every part for real-world printing, minimizes supports, uses filament efficiently, and includes complete instructions and videos.

Do you take model suggestions?
